         SERIES 1: Your Beginning.

Who is a Single? What qualifies one to be called single? At what point is one referred to as "single"? Why all the probe?
You know, many of us never realised our existence until that phase when we began to see ourselves as "single". which mostly is based on people's definition of the term.
For many, single  is usually seen on the aspect of marital status. That a lady (spinster) or a man (bachelor) is not married irrespective of their age as far as the society have started seeing them in the category of adults. For some, being "single" could mean that one is not in any meaningful opposite relationship or not engaged to be married to any person. Barely few see those who were once married but either widowed or separated as single.
In a way, all these perspectives applies.
But, before you start attaching human relationships to the definition of your singlehood, I need you to understand a very pivotal angle of your whole existence. You have a root, a source and a connection with your creator. Yes, you were never in existence until a supreme being decided to form you in His own image in your mother's womb and breath upon you breath of life. That exactly was your beginning. That image was never in isolation. It was made after the likeness of a personality; God nature. And it did not stop there. He didn't release into the world and abandoned you. He didn't leave you to the mercy of the world and all the hurdles. So, even when you see your self or the world sees you as a single because you are not yet married, you need to know that you are actually bonded to the supreme God. So, in the eyes of the world, you are single. But in the eyes of the creator, you are not single per say and you are not alone for He is with you , working in you, grooming and  keeping you until He can finally hand you over to that faithful man woman he is grooming for you.
So, wether married or not, you have a beginning, an awesome relationship which though the world may not recognise, you still need to acknowledge in order to enjoy a fulfilling life and not be thrown over board by  pressures and expectations of the society. This relationship determines how your whole existence and content of your life will align. This relationship with your maker ensures that the future you are so much afraid of and uncertain of ,is secured. It is the surest relationship. The most guaranteed relationship more than marriage can even grant. There is no place for displacement of God in your life. So, whatever stage you are now, it's time to build this relationship with God. You can do this by accepting Jesus into your life now.
Even though you are single, your life can be enjoyable and fulfilling. I love you even as Christ loves you more.
