Before you propose or say yes
BEFORE YOU PROPOSE OR SAY YES;
GRAB THIS INSIGHT ;
Any man that want to succeed in marriage should first understand the purpose of marriage by biblical concept and be willing to follow scriptural standard. Until a man gives his life to Christ, enjoys the fullness of love that flows from Christ and understand and be willing to go with the demand on him to love his wife with the same intensity of Love, he is not yet qualified to marry.
We have issues in marriage because people who lack the knowledge of the original purpose of marriage just woke up and decides to follow their feelings instead of the biblical standard. One day, your feeling will fail you but the standard remains sure!
Same goes to every woman. Before you say yes to a man, make sure both of you have submitted to the Lordship of Jesus! It's only a man who have experienced uncorrupted / unconditional love that can love you with the same kind of love and the way you deserve. And it is only a woman who has been groomed by the Holy Spirit that can willing submit to you according to the required standard. We of course can not dispute the fact that we can only offer what we have .
What a man have revelation of can not defeat him. You fall in love and think it is time to marry and live happily ever after? You lieth!
Revelation gives your life ease and sense of direction. You are not just asked to love your wife, but to do so as Christ loves the Church! There is a measurement, there is a standard!
You are not just asked to submit to your husband, but to do so as the church to Christ. You can't just throw submission any how to your husband and espect God to applaud you. No! Neither do you love your wife in your own standard and espect God to hail you. The world may applaud you sir, But God have a weighing scale! Dont be careless in your marriage and think heaven is not taking note oh. Be very careful oh. If you really have a revelational understanding of the principle of marriage as in the scripture, you wont even consider looking at another woman not to talk of going near enough to touch her breast or talk of doing things abominable in the ear of angels.
God will show your relationship and Marriage Mercy!
