BEFORE YOU MATCH TO THE ALTER;

Please borrow me a little of your time. Kindly lend me your ear for a little while. I am too concerned to allow you go further in signing that life time contract without acknowledging the truth am about to share with you.

I know you are so much in love with that lady that you can't wait to say I do. But I need you to know this important matter before you waste your courtship season and mismanage your early days in marriage.

Excuse me sir, do you really know that you are not only a Bridegroom on the day of wedding? Yes sir ! You are a Bridegroom for the rest of your life in that Union!  I know you will enjoy to be called a husband. But understand the difference! Bridegroom is your office while husband is your title! Let me put it more straight! Bridegroom is your responsibility, your calling, your assignment to that lady while husband is your position or you can say your post in that marriage. The reason why the scripture told us that the husband is the head of the woman . Which a woman with understanding can not afford to dispute! You are a man on assignment over that woman's destiny and you better not joke with that! You are called Bridegroom on your wedding day as an introductory ceremony to your assignment but it's quite unfortunate that after that day, we drop it and so with its responsibilities. And don't forget too that you must have settled the payment of the bride price as required from the lady's family, just as Christ paid the price over His bride; the church on the cross of Calvary. Do you wonder why the scripture referred to Christ as the Bridegroom to the church, His bride even after paying the bride / ultimate price? Because He understand that His work have not finished over the church yet! Yes! Just as your work as a Bridegroom doesn't stop on the wedding day! That day only licensed and gave you a right to carry out your full right and responsibilities of a husband-man over your bride as Christ sacrifice gave Him right over the church/ His bride to bring her to the fullness of His personality.

Jesus continued the work of the Bridegroom which He handed over to the Holy Spirit after His resurrection in anticipation of returning back to fully take home his Bride; Refined and in a state of blamelessness! a finished work fit for heaven standard!
